About Us
ECG is the premier consulting club at HKU and is an entirely student-run non-profit organization. Our team comes from a variety of academic backgrounds, ranging from STEM to Business across all undergraduate years.
Our Story
ECG was founded in 2014 by five HKU sophomores in the Faculty of Business and Economics. Many of their peers were experimenting with launching startups, but lacked the mentorship and resources to help guide their businesses in the right direction. As such, our founding members saw an opportunity to help those who needed assistance by launching a pro-bono undergraduate consulting service to help young entrepreneurs at HKU thrive. Ever since, we have continued to expand our operations and have targeted outside organizations that need help yet lack the resources to receive professional consulting services.
Our Mission
The Eureka Consulting Group aims to provide tangible and sustainable business advice to SMEs, startups, and non-profit organizations. We believe in harnessing the collective knowledge of students, scholars, and industry professionals in order to deliver unique and innovative solutions to our clients.
